Shipping Policy

Order acceptance

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email containing your order number, details of the product you have ordered, payment details, and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any point during the manufacturing process if it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Use. A full refund will be provided if an order is canceled.

Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with all relevant information about your order. We recommend saving these confirmations for future reference and potential contact with our customer service. 

Payment

Please note that your card will be charged the purchase amount once we have sent you the order confirmation email. All credit/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by us. By using a credit/debit card, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed for your order.

 

Shipping

We offer tracked shipping through Royal Mail to UK, Europe, America, Oceania and Mainland Asia; we will attempt untracked delivery to remaining regions where possible. If applicable we will notify you of the tracking information and status via email shortly after dispatch.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For Europe, UK, and North America, shipping typically takes 7-14 days. Other destinations will invariably take up to 6 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

If you choose to ship tracked, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

International Shipping

If you are shipping to an international address, please be aware that there may be additional customs and import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability

TCG Bling’s liabilities are limited to the terms outlined in these Terms and will not exceed the total purchase amount. We will not assume liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or in case of force majeure events.
