Return & Refund Policy

We currently offer shipping to Europe, UK, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. While we strive to provide tracked shipping, please note that we cannot guarantee it. You will receive an email with tracking information and status shortly after dispatch.

For regions not mentioned above, we will make an effort to ship to your location. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery for untracked packages. As a result, refunds will not be available for packages sent to these regions.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We kindly request that you contact our customer service before returning any products.

Please note that certain goods are not eligible for return, including gift cards and custom-made products once production has commenced.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only partial refunds will be granted, including:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If necessary, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Additionally, you may want to reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are only eligible for refunds at the regular price. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@tcgbling.com and send your item to: 15 - 17 Middle Street Werks Central Brighton BN1 1AL United Kingdom.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Please note that we do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item. If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Uncollected Packages: We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for uncollected packages returned by the shipping company or due to incomplete or incorrect customer addresses. This fee covers shipping and handling costs.
