Shipping policy

 

Order acceptance

Tokens are printed to order in one weekly print run. Order by Monday 16:00 UK time and your order is printed that week and dispatched on Wednesday. Orders placed after the cut-off go into the following week's run. If a print run slips, we will email you with the new dispatch date.

Need it sooner? Add "Next-day printing" to your cart (one per order) and we print and dispatch your order on the next working day.

Transit time after dispatch is on top: about 1 to 3 working days in the UK, 3 to 7 in Europe, 6 to 10 to the United States and 7 to 21 elsewhere. Tracked services show a tracking number in your dispatch email.

Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with all relevant information about your order. We recommend saving these confirmations for future reference and potential contact with our customer service.

Payment

Please note that your card will be charged the purchase amount once we have sent you the order confirmation email. All credit/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by us. By using a credit/debit card, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed for your order.

 

Shipping

We currently ship to Europe, UK, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We commit to tracked shipping where stated, but can not always guarantee it; we will notify you of the tracking information and status via email shortly after dispatch.

We will attempt to ship to other locations, but we can not guarantee the arrival of the package and as such refunds will not be available for untracked packages to regions not previously named.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For Europe, UK, and North America, shipping typically takes 7-14 days. Other destinations will invariably take up to 6 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

If you choose to ship tracked, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

International Shipping

If you are shipping to an international address, customs and import charges depend on the destination.

EU: paid shipping rates include import VAT and duty, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent by tracked mail with import VAT and any duty collected by your local postal service on delivery.

Other destinations outside the UK: import VAT, duty and any handling fee charged by your local postal service are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the shipping rate at checkout says otherwise.

Liability

TCG Bling’s liabilities are limited to the terms outlined in these Terms and will not exceed the total purchase amount. We will not assume liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or in case of force majeure events.

Inappropriate Content

TCG Bling reserves the right to remove illegal, offensive, obscene, racist, or religiously offensive images or text. We may also refuse to print designs deemed offensive.
